We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. Yeah, the small lights between the leaves or repetitive small patterns may be throwing the autofocus off. You could just do a manual focus with a slower shutter and/or anti-shake.
It's quite interesting as an abstract photograph though, at first I thought it was fireworks. ^^
